miProgram - Mobile Inventory Program

The new miProgram iOS app rollout is now active. Apple is rolling it out and will be pushed Friday evening to everyone. It will update automatically overnight, or you can update it from the App Store. Make sure all staff sync their reports before updating — unsynced work on the device will be lost. These are extra-cost features. You can pay per use (a Deposit Assessment is £5.95), or save with a monthly AI credit plan on the next step. AI can save you time but is not always 100% accurate, which is why every report and assessment needs a person's sign-off and approval.

Credits power the AI tools. A plan saves you money against pay per use, so your team never runs out halfway through a busy month.

Your new account is gifted 30 credits, roughly 2 AI photo reports or 2 Quick reviews, to try the features. Once they've run out, add a credit plan to your monthly bill.

Report Review and Deposit Assessments can also be used pay per use (£0.99 Quick, £3.95 Enhanced, £5.95 Deposit Assessment), but credit plans save you money.

A plan starts when your account opens and you can change or end it any month. Unused credits don't carry over. These are estimates only: the credits a report uses depend on its size, such as the number of rooms, items and photos.
